Vink Chemicals acquires "parmetol", "grotanol", "grotamar" and other technical biocide brands from Schülke & Mayr GmbH

Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG immediately takes over the product portfolio of technical biocides as well as oil and gas additives from Schülke & Mayr GmbH.

Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG immediately takes over the product portfolio of technical biocides as well as oil and gas additives from schülke. The next step in the growth of the German biocide manufacturer.

In addition to the established Vinkocide brands, Vink Chemicals, based in Kakenstorf (near Hamburg), is expanding its product portfolio with the former brands PARMETOL, GROTANOL, and GROTAMAR from schülke.

Alongside the products and brands, the team at Vink is growing with technical biocide and oil/gas specialists from schülke (product development, regulation, sales). The new colleagues will also play an important role in the company's future development.

At the production sites in Kakenstorf and Memmingen, Vink will continue production under the same high-quality standards and identical specifications as previously at schülke.

The new expanded product range is expected to open up new, forward-looking, and market-oriented strategies for Vink Chemicals in its most important business area and further strengthen its focus on the developing market in the oil and gas industry.
