Viessmann refrigeration systems take over Suomen Jääkylmä and FCool and expand in the service business of refrigeration technology in Finland

Viessmann Cold Systems Ltd. takes over Suomen Jääkylmä Ltd. and FCool Ltd. and expands its range of refrigeration technical services in the Finnish market. Suomen Jääkylmä and FCool are well-established service companies in Finland's refrigeration industry, offering a broad portfolio of installation and maintenance services. With these acquisitions and in conjunction with the strong local partner network, Viessmann enhances its expertise in service and turnkey solutions. Viessmann's customers can increasingly rely on comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of their investments and benefit from Viessmann solutions in terms of sustainability and reliability.

The company FCool Ltd., founded in 2008, offers a comprehensive range of cooling solutions and services in all areas of commercial cooling and refrigerated storage. The company is based in Kuopio, Eastern Finland, and employs 14 refrigeration specialists who serve retail and industrial companies with their cooling solutions.

Suomen Jääkylmä Ltd. provides installation and maintenance services for refrigeration systems and cooling equipment for air conditioning to commercial and industrial customers. Both small and large refrigeration projects are managed by the 25 employees. With over 16 years of experience, the company has established a solid market position in Southern and Western Finland.
