VHP/H2O2 Generators - Bacteria and fungi are under attack

The Bioreset H2O2-Generator family is the answer to continuously increasing quality and safety standards in pharmaceutical and biotechnological production. The systems enable a permanently efficient application of gaseous, non-condensing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for highly flexible decontamination strategies. The generators are based on an open system design and are controllable and readable via Modbus protocols. The special design of the vaporizer unit allows for residue-free, always highly efficient generation of gaseous hydrogen peroxide.

The basic device, Bioreset-smart, can be used directly in the environment to be gassed. It requires no process connections in the cleanroom area to be decontaminated; a typical stand-alone solution. In the simplest application, a functional recipe with pure time control is selected. Additionally, the H2O2 consumption can be chosen as a primary process parameter (optional weighing function). The also optional connection of a measurement probe for temperature and relative humidity enables an operating mode in which any condensation can be reliably avoided. Thanks to an optional H2O2 catalyst, the exhaust air can also be discharged into unpolluted outdoor areas.

The complete system, Bioreset-plus, includes a built-in scale for the H2O2 concentrate and a measurement probe for humidity and temperature as standard. This allows all conceivable gassing strategies to be implemented as standard. Furthermore, the plus version has a built-in HEPA filter as standard and can thus be installed outside the gassing area (personnel and material lock, isolators, etc.). An electrochemical sensor for H2O2 concentration can optionally be integrated into the Bioreset-plus software. As with the smart base version, a suitable H2O2 catalyst is also available for Bioreset-plus.

A third version within the product family is the Bioreset-pro. This version is a stripped-down smart version with the user interface (touch screen). The Bioreset-pro is available as an OEM version – also via the Modbus protocol – and can be very easily integrated into plant and machine control concepts.
