SCHMIDT® Sensor App allows the recording of real-time measurements, as well as saving and later external processing of the data. These can be stored, shared via email, and subsequently processed further with additional software.

SCHMIDT Technology, flow sensor manufacturer and Black Forest technology workshop, presents the SCHMIDT® Bluetooth® Verification Probe SS 20.450, a highly precise flow sensor with wireless module based on Bluetooth® technology. With this, flow sensors can be easily and quickly verified on-site in a mobile manner – wirelessly, anytime and anywhere – SCHMIDT® smart solutions.

Especially in cleanroom environments or in pure processes, installed flow sensors should be verified on-site from time to time. This can now be easily achieved with the SCHMIDT® Bluetooth® Verification Probe SS 20.450.

The SCHMIDT® flow sensor remains in place, and the verification probe is easily attached to the flow sensor using the supplied metal clip. The Easy-Clamp-On installation does not alter the measurement situation on-site, and the reference measurement result is not affected by the operator's handling. The verification probe has an independent power supply and can operate completely wirelessly for up to 8 hours.

This allows for sensor verification without removing it from the cleanroom area and subsequently having to perform elaborate cleaning.

The plant operator can now verify the sensor with the SCHMIDT® Sensor App installed on their mobile Android device, view real-time measurements graphically on their smartphone or tablet, and even record the data (data logger function). The recorded data can be saved as a CSV file and processed separately later.
