VDI 6022 Hygiene Training

The hygiene training is a requirement of the VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure - Association of German Engineers) and is mandatory for engineers, planning, assembly, and maintenance personnel of HVAC systems. The hygiene training brings you up to date with the current guidelines and further educates you according to the applicable technical standards. Training categorized as Category A is one of the fundamentals for conducting the mandated hygiene inspections of HVAC systems.

In terms of legal certainty, as well as in the competition for planning, operation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, qualified staff with competence, i.e., up-to-date technical knowledge, are indispensable.

Training Content:

- Fundamentals and importance of hygiene in air conditioning technology
- Basic knowledge about microorganisms
- Practical presentation of hygienic weak points in HVAC systems
- Knowledge of the contents of VDI 6022
- Measurement methods for capturing physical, chemical, and biological parameters
- Legionella issues and occupational safety for maintenance/inspection personnel

Participants will receive a VDI-TGA certificate Category A after passing the exam.

With overnight stay: €755 plus VAT, including training materials, lunch, coffee breaks, and overnight accommodation with breakfast at Radisson Blu Hotel in Lübeck.

Without overnight stay: €630 plus VAT, including training materials, lunch, and coffee breaks.

The travel costs are not included in the participation fee.
