Valuable know-how on ergonomics and lean production

In 2018, Treston Germany's Spring Workshops on Ergonomics and Lean Production will take place again. In the new edition of the successful event series, competent and experienced experts will present the latest insights and results on lean organization and ergonomic work systems. In lectures, they will demonstrate how processes can be optimized and productivity increased.

Lean experts provide interesting insights

The experienced Lean Production experts Dirk Jonsson and Ulrich Fröleke will speak about the benefits of an ergonomic Lean philosophy. Lean Ergonomics combines lean process organization with ergonomic principles and maximizes waste prevention. Using case studies, the speakers will demonstrate how lean manufacturing processes can not only be integrated into production but also save costs in various ways.

Ergonomic effects on employees and production processes

The growing strategic importance of ergonomics in the company is illustrated by Treston ergonomics specialist Christian Vogel in his lecture. He explains the fundamental importance of ergonomics and the positive effects it has on employees and the production process. Using case studies, he shows how ergonomic workplaces are correctly implemented to make a decisive contribution to the company's productivity.

Treston Showroom: Lean Production and Ergonomics Hands-On

In the showroom, workshop participants can finally test the information they have gained in practice. Various Treston work systems invite touch and try-out. The speakers are available as contacts and will answer questions about the products.
