VÖHR develops standard evaluation electronics for capacitive input systems

The capacitive input foil CapiSwitch, introduced by Richard Wöhr GmbH at the end of June 2019, forms the input system CSGH in conjunction with the TAW enclosure series. In addition to many standard configurations, which include various TAW handheld enclosures as well as standard CapiSwitch foils tailored to this enclosure series, custom and individual adaptations can also be made at any time.

For quick and straightforward commissioning of the capacitive input foil, Richard Wöhr now also offers the Ctcon15-LED evaluation electronics in module form, adapted to the system.

The module, measuring only 35x35 mm, can accompany you from the initial commissioning to series production.

For example, you can perform initial tests without complex setups by applying a supply voltage of 3.3 - 5 volts, as the module provides indicator LEDs for each key.

The module can also be integrated directly into your prototype or series product via pin headers on a 2.54 mm grid or SMD pads at the edge of the circuit board. For evaluation, each key has an open-collector output available. Additionally, key information is provided via an asynchronous UART interface.
