Universal Robots expands its sales network in Germany and Switzerland

Universal Robots (UR), the world market leader for collaborative robots, is expanding its sales network in Germany and Switzerland with four new partners. 3HLE Automation et Robotique SA from Biel/Bienne (Switzerland), Flück Fördertechnik AG from Kirchberg (Switzerland), SmartLab Solutions GmbH from Dresden, and MRK-Systeme GmbH from Augsburg have recently received the Certified System Integrator seal from UR. From now on, they will advise their customers on the entire product portfolio of the Danish manufacturer.

3HLE Automation et Robotique SA, based in Biel, Switzerland, offers lightweight robots (cobots) from the world market leader from Denmark for visual quality control, measurement technology, and parts handling – also for small production series. The deep learning software "Retina A.I. Vision" enables highly precise quality inspection in industries such as luxury watches, medical technology, as well as food and beverage industries. The focus is on ease of use – users do not need to write code or be familiar with deep learning or robotics. Flück Fördertechnik AG from Kirchberg, Switzerland, specializes in internal logistics within companies. Through the partnership with Universal Robots, the company is expanding its portfolio with innovative intralogistics solutions using cobots, which are used for palletizing, depalletizing, parts handling, and machine loading. Marcel Flück, responsible for development and sales in the Automation & Robotics division at Flück Fördertechnik, says: "Thanks to our partnership with Universal Robots, we can offer our customers innovative intralogistics solutions with cobots that increase efficiency and safety in production."

Complete Solutions for Laboratory Automation

SmartLab Solutions GmbH from Dresden offers complete solutions for digitization and automation of laboratory processes, especially in the life sciences and chemical industries. UR cobots are used here for repetitive tasks such as pipetting and mixing, helping to make workflows more efficient and precise. The UR cobots are used for applications in pick & place, material handling, and assembly.
