Universal Robots: Complete solutions make automation even easier

The leading provider of collaborative robotics is expanding its UR+ ecosystem with ready-to-integrate complete solutions for various challenges related to automating manual tasks. This makes the integration of automation solutions even easier, faster, and more efficient – even for companies without explicit expertise in this area.

First complete solutions from Lorch, Migatronic, and Ecosphere

Among the first complete solutions currently available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are welding solutions for MIG/MAG and TIG welding from Lorch and Migatronic. Additionally, the Certified System Integrator and UR+ partner Ecosphere Automation offers a solution for automating stamping, pressing, and forming tasks. The "URCap" software enables users to control the peripheral devices of the respective providers directly via the teach pendant of the UR robot. The range of such complete solutions, called solutions, is continuously expanding.

The UR+ platform is the most comprehensive ecosystem in the industry. Developers use it to design accessories, end effectors, and software solutions that are compatible with and certified for UR robots. The platform includes both a range of standard solutions and new technologies for many specific problems. This allows companies to address a variety of challenges easily and cost-effectively, remaining competitive and profitable in the long term. The advantage: The plug-and-produce approach enables the assembly of the best solution for individual challenges.
