It is made of stainless steel, features a tilting device with a tilting ramp, and complies with all common national and European legal requirements for food processing. This allows it, for example, to supply two machines or processing lines simultaneously. It transports containers and bulk material weighing up to 1,000 kilograms to a height of up to 10,000 millimeters.

It is versatile and, thanks to its stainless steel construction, meets the highest national and European standards of the food industry.

This extremely robust machine is suitable for lifting and emptying containers of various sizes as well as bulk material. The model 322 L is equipped with a maintenance-free flat belt as the lifting element, which requires no lubrication.

Loading with the tilting ramp

The load capacity or lifting force is up to 1,000 kilograms, and plastic or steel containers with dimensions of 1000 x 1200 x 760 mm can be transported to a tilting height of up to 10,000 millimeters. High-quality and durable components ensure smooth operation. The motor voltage and frequency can be adjusted for any power grid worldwide.

The lifting and tipping machine model 322 L features a pneumatic tilting ramp as a tilting device. This allows, for example, two machines or processing lines in food production to be filled. All machine parts that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel. The stainless steel surfaces are ground or sandblasted from the factory, making them very easy and efficient to clean.
