The double-deck loader was designed for moving and transporting palletized goods and is now also available as an explosion-proof device with classification II 2 GD c and in cleanroom design. It complies with the most important national and international guidelines for the specified application areas. Its robust construction promises a long service life and low operating costs. Both the control system, battery, and hydraulic unit are housed in a waterproof stainless steel enclosure. All control and operating elements are conveniently located on the safety steering tiller, ensuring safe operation and easy handling. Lifting and lowering can be infinitely controlled via a sensitive hydraulic valve. The drive is regulated by stepless AC control.

Agile and powerful

The electric forklift guarantees fast work through the combination of main lift and initial lift with maximum safety. With a load capacity of 1,600 kg at the base and 1,250 kg at the main lift—and alternatively—1,000 kg plus 1,000 kg, the electric forklift is extremely powerful and offers versatile application possibilities. It is available with either a simple or telescopic mast upon request. A large steering angle and full freedom of movement in both directions make the high-lift truck very maneuverable; the bevel gear drive also ensures high stability.

For use in sensitive areas such as food production, easy cleaning is essential. Resistant surfaces and the encapsulation of important components allow the use of cleaning agents. Use in wet, refrigerated, and deep-freeze areas is also easily possible. Certification by the professional association is guaranteed.
