KG, Offenhausen, presents at this year's trade fair for occupational safety and health A+A, which takes place from November 5 to 8 in Düsseldorf, customized seating solutions for ergonomic sitting at office and industrial workplaces. In Hall 10, Stand A40, the office furniture provider informs about its innovative concept of ergonomics platforms, the first-time use of stop-gas springs in counter chairs, and numerous other innovations related to health preservation in the workplace.

The focus of the company's trade fair presentation at A+A 2013 is on tailored seating solutions for various conditions. The office furniture specialist, focusing on ergonomics, presents a new concept under the theme "Ergonomics Platforms," designed to help define the best ergonomic equipment for individual workplaces in administration and production. Depending on the application and usage, the use of specially suitable seating mechanisms is recommended to meet the demands of different work situations. For example, Dauphin offers various seating solutions for fixed workplaces with longer sitting times or for shift workplaces with multiple users. All mechanisms share one feature: they meet the high standards that forward-looking companies set for functionality, ergonomics, and safety of office furniture.

Specifically for the industrial sector, the company presents high-quality counter chairs, which are now available with casters thanks to an integrated stop-gas spring for the first time. At workplaces where sitting and standing tasks alternate, a counter chair with casters and adjustable seat height offers the user maximum flexibility and freedom of movement. When loaded and with a seat height adjustment over 65 cm, a rubber stopper (stop-gas spring) automatically absorbs and ensures the chair is secured against rolling away.
