Top Employers 2022: Piepenbrock receives the seal

The building services company Piepenbrock can call itself Top Employer 2022. The title is awarded by the news magazine Focus in collaboration with the research institute FactField, which evaluated employee surveys and online reviews for the study.

The results of the survey conducted by Focus and FactField earned Piepenbrock a place among the 1,000 best national employers in 2022. An award that is not taken for granted and therefore brings even greater joy. "The heart of our company are our Piepenbrock employees. Each individual contributes with their performance to ensure our customers are satisfied. It is essential that our employees are qualified but also motivated – we can only achieve this if we also do our best as an employer. The seal is a great confirmation of our commitment," says Arnulf Piepenbrock, managing partner of the building services provider, proud of the award.

Top in survey and evaluation

For the independent data collection, Focus commissioned the research institute FactField. This surveyed more than 550,000 employees and analyzed existing online reviews of over 38,000 employers. The ranking is based on the average rating and the number of reviews from these two data sources. Important factors included a minimum of 50 company reviews across various survey channels and an average of at least 3.5 stars on a scale from 1 to 5. Additionally, only companies with more than 500 employees and located in Germany made it into the top list.
