Three strong brands form the global Busch Group

Busch Vacuum Solutions, Pfeiffer Vacuum, and centrotherm clean solutions are now united under the umbrella of the new Busch Group. Together, they offer an extensive product portfolio and an improved customer experience. The Busch Group, headquartered in the Black Forest, is one of the world's largest manufacturers of comprehensive vacuum solutions, including vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, blowers, compressors, and exhaust gas cleaning systems.

Three companies are joining forces: Busch Vacuum Solutions, Pfeiffer Vacuum, and centrotherm clean solutions form the new Busch Group. More than 8,000 employees in 45 countries worldwide work for the group, which has a consolidated annual turnover of nearly 2 billion euros.

By combining Busch Vacuum Solutions' expertise in rough and fine vacuum applications, Pfeiffer Vacuum's industry-leading high vacuum and leak detection technology, and centrotherm clean solutions' sustainable exhaust gas cleaning systems, the Busch Group can offer comprehensive solutions and services for all industrial sectors. This strengthens the Busch Group as a full-service provider, capable of presenting an extensive product portfolio to meet all customer needs, and provides the entire customer base with an even better customer experience.

Vacuum solutions to promote technological progress worldwide

The technologies of the three members of the Busch Group are found across the globe in all industries. Busch Vacuum Solutions – and now also the Busch Group – is a family business whose management has been in the hands of the Busch family since its inception. In 1963, Ayhan and Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch jointly founded the company and developed the first vacuum pump specifically for food packaging. As the company evolved into a global pioneer in the vacuum industry, their three children, Ayla, Sami, and Kaya Busch, took over management and brought new perspectives and approaches to the business.

From Maulburg to the world

Under the umbrella of the Busch Group, the company offers solutions not only for a variety of industries but also for customers around the globe. Pfeiffer Vacuum, the inventor of the turbomolecular vacuum pump and today provider of comprehensive vacuum solutions, was founded in 1890 and is headquartered in Alslar, Hesse. Centrotherm clean solutions, based in Blaubeuren, has over thirty years of experience in designing technologically advanced exhaust gas cleaning systems for the semiconductor industry.
