The thermal mass flow meters of Series 5000 by TSI are used for measuring gas flows in a variety of applications such as occupational safety, quality control, research, product development, and more.

Thanks to the manufacturer’s own platinum film sensor, the Series 5000 flowmeter enables measurements that require a quick response, high accuracy, and low pressure drop.

Depending on the model, the series combines various measurements such as mass flow, absolute pressure, temperature, volume, differential pressure, and humidity measurements in a single device. This offers unique flexibility and versatility and opens up new possibilities in various fields of application.

The models of Series 52xx are specifically designed for low flow rates, while the Series 53xx models provide solutions for applications with high flow rates. They are designed to meet requirements from a wide range of sectors and to drive technological progress.
