The secure foundation for process environments

Secure solutions for demanding processes are presented by nora systems, a leading provider of rubber flooring systems for GMP and ISO cleanrooms in production and laboratories, at Lounge 2019 from February 5 to 7 in Karlsruhe. Visitors will receive all the information they need as planners, qualifying or validating users, processors, or cleaning service providers about GMP- and ISO-compliant nora floors at booth C 1.1. nora systems specialists will discuss, for example, application-relevant parameters of the process environment, the influences of various process media, or disinfectants used on cleanroom floors.

Practical demonstration of nora nTx: Direct installation on all substrates

In 2018, nora systems further tested the cleanroom-relevant properties of rubber floors at the Fraunhofer Institute (IPA). These included tests for cleanability (riboflavin), H2O2 absorption and desorption, as well as other chemical tests according to VDI 2083. Particle cleanliness classes were also determined, and biocompatibility was tested. Subsequently, nora floors were re-certified for GMP A. With their high resistance to biological contamination, chemicals, and disinfectants, they are the ideal solution for cleanrooms. At the lounges, application technicians will also demonstrate the installation of rubber floors using the quick-lay system nora nTx in practice. Pharmaceutical companies are increasingly adopting this innovative technology, which eliminates several steps compared to conventional wet bonding. Since the floor can also be installed during ongoing operation and directly on existing substrates or other surfaces such as coatings or pharmaceutical terrazzo, nora nTx saves time and money.
