The Robust Clamps from RK Rose+Krieger now available up to 50 mm

RK Rose+Krieger has expanded its portfolio of clamped stainless steel pipe connectors with Robust Clamps. The new size makes the sturdy, corrosion-resistant connection parts available for pipes with a 50 mm diameter.

The Robust Clamps product line from RK Rose+Krieger includes clamped stainless steel pipe connectors. They are an economical alternative to elaborate custom or welded constructions, allowing heavy loads to be securely, impact-resistant, and dynamically loadable. Until now, the pipe connectors were available in sizes 18, 30, and 40 mm. The new size now also covers cross-sections of 50 mm. When developing the new size, RK Rose+Krieger focused on handling and automation requirements.

Suitable for hygiene-sensitive applications

All Robust Clamps are electrochemically passivated, meaning they are electropolished in a final processing step. This makes them more resistant and easier to clean than elements made from untreated stainless steel. In this way, RK Rose+Krieger's Robust Clamps are suitable for use in devices and systems in the chemical or pharmaceutical industries. Their design, characterized by smooth contour transitions, low surface roughness, large slots, and socket-outlet executions, also prevents dirt accumulation and is thus ideal for applications near food processing.

Minimal unit weight

The Robust Clamps feature an optimized wall thickness ratio, resulting in minimal unit weight. Their strength lies in simple assembly, which is easily performed with standard tools using internal threads and external hexagon screws. A silicone cover protects the threaded areas from dirt and damage. RK Rose+Krieger offers the new size as well as all other series types in angles, crosses, feet, and flanges.
