The right floor for the cleanroom
Presentations, lectures, individual consulting: nora systems at Lounge 2015
Cleanroom is not the same as cleanroom – which flooring is suitable for which application? What should be considered when choosing and cleaning? Nora Systems, a leading provider of cleanroom flooring systems made of rubber for GMP and ISO cleanrooms, will provide information on these and other questions during this year's lounges from May 19 to 21 in Stuttgart.
Visitors to the 2015 lounges will find all the information they need at booth F 1.4, whether they are planners, qualifying or validating staff of cleanroom operators, processors, or cleaning service providers, regarding GMP- and ISO-compliant rubber floors. Additionally, there will be daily demonstrations on two action stages (A9). At 11:30 a.m., the audience will learn about cleaning, repair options, and processing of cleanroom floors. At the same location, nora's partner Profi-Con GmbH, with support from Nerling Systemräume GmbH, will demonstrate proper cleanroom cleaning from ceiling to floor at 12:30 p.m.
Floor renovation during ongoing operation
Christian Fleuren, Market Segment Manager Industry at nora systems, will report on an interesting project in his lecture: A few years ago, a well-known manufacturer of oncological, nephrological, and immunological medications modernized its GMP production on the East Coast of the USA. Among other things, the flooring had to be renewed. After extensive testing, the company decided on renovation during ongoing operation with the nora GMP floor system. This allowed them to avoid costly shutdowns of production. After several years of use, the manufacturer now shares its experiences with rubber flooring solutions. The project report will be presented on May 19 at 9:30 a.m. in Lecture Room 3.
