Hygiene is always a central topic in the meat and food industry as well as in pharmaceuticals. With the onset of the Corona pandemic, the requirements for overall reliable hygiene and personal hygiene in particular have increased even further. "We meet this increased safety need with our sensor-controlled disinfectant dispenser series DesiMan," says Benjamin Höcker, Managing Director of the Höcker Group. As is typical for Höcker, the disinfectant stands are made entirely of stainless steel for a particularly long service life.

The sensor-controlled disinfectant dispensers of the DesiMan series are available in a range from simply practical to sophisticatedly versatile. All three models share the feature that they nebulize the disinfectant efficiently and reliably thanks to the built-in nozzles, while conserving the disinfectant. Additionally, a magnetic valve minimizes the dripping of liquid. The duration of the disinfectant dispensation is adjustable in all models—and accessible only to authorized persons with the appropriate key. "A particularly practical feature is that when refilling, simply an empty 5-liter canister is exchanged for a full one," explains Christian Peselmann, responsible for sales in the hygiene technology division at Höcker. In the standard model DesiMan, the fill level is visible through backlighting of the canister; in DesiMan Duo and DesiMan CC, the empty status is indicated more comfortably via logo control.

As the name suggests, the DesiMan Duo disinfects both hands simultaneously. For seamless hygiene, the disinfectant is dispensed from above and below via a total of four nozzles. DesiMan Duo can be linked to a time recording system so that the system is activated upon check-in. Additionally, signals after hand disinfection can trigger automatic doors or turnstile systems. The integrated PLC control allows for adjusting the duration of disinfectant dispensation. The empty status is indicated via the logo control and shows immediately when a canister needs to be replaced.

In addition to the features of DesiMan Duo, DesiMan CC can be connected to a water supply—ideal for larger companies with many employees. This allows hand washing to be facilitated through the automated dispensing of liquid soap and water before disinfection. The integrated PLC control can adjust not only the duration of disinfectant, but also the dispensing times for liquid soap and water.

DesiMan as a component of a hygiene wall

All dispenser systems can be mounted in a very versatile manner: depending on the room layout and available space on building walls, on a stand, or—in the case of DesiMan, particularly practical—as a component of a hygiene wall. This way, the added level of personal hygiene can be implemented everywhere with the DesiMan series.
