The new laser particle counters for cleanroom certification and process monitoring – AeroTrak® Plus Series A100 from TSI

The new portable AeroTrak®+ airborne particle counters of the A100 series are suitable for cleanroom certification, process monitoring, as well as gas and filter testing across all industries.

With the even more compact and lightweight A100, up to 6 particle sizes can be measured simultaneously, with the channels freely selectable by the user. The particle size range varies depending on the model between 0.3 µm and 10 µm.

As with the predecessor, there are various models with a flow rate of 28.3 l/min, 50 l/min, or 100 l/min.

An easy menu navigation via the color touch display in all languages simplifies operation.

Status indicators such as alarms are clearly visible through the LED light strip.

The Wi-Fi® capable particle counter can be easily and quickly integrated into existing systems and meets all requirements of the ISO 21501-4:2018 guidelines.

Additionally, the AeroTrak+ A100 offers automated ISO 14644-1 and GMP reporting as well as instrument workflow via free TrakPro™ Lite Secure software.
