For airtight cleanrooms - Powerdrive airtight

The airtight sliding door system Powerdrive airtight is the specialized solution for cleanrooms, whether in hospitals, semiconductor manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries. The sealing on the vertical sides of the sliding door system is achieved with special EPDM seals made from antibacterial material. They are integrated around the door profiles.

For sterile areas - Powerdrive hermetic

For hygiene in sterile areas such as laboratory entrances or operating rooms, the hermetically sealing variant Powerdrive hermetic ensures. The sliding door system forms a hermetic seal in the final phase of its closing process with the surrounding profile. This is enabled by a combination of sliding movement, vertical advance, and height adjustment: the door approaches the door frame and the floor with a lift of up to 20 millimeters and an inclination of 45 degrees. The hermetic seal with the surrounding profile of the door opening and the floor is achieved by compressing special seals mounted around the door leaf. In the lower part of the door leaf, the profile slides on two guide points that optimize the hermetic seal.

The Powerdrive drive variants offer optimal walk-through comfort. Their open time adapts to the passage frequency. If more people pass through the door, the door leaves are automatically kept open longer. The movement parameters of the doors, such as acceleration, open time, or opening and closing speed of the door leaves, can be individually adjusted. Versions made from various materials, including stainless steel or coated high-pressure laminate, also create a high-quality appearance.

The control of the Powerdrive drives makes the doors future-proof. They can be combined with the GEZE SecuLogic escape route and access control systems. Integration into the GEZE building system via CAN-BUS allows monitoring or changing door functions remotely.

Configure individually including cable plan

Through the SystemShop, GEZE automatic door systems can be customized and calculated individually. Customer offers with surcharge calculations can also be generated. With just a few inputs about the products, automatic system drawings including cable plans are generated. Availability checks and order and shipment tracking always provide a quick overview.

Efficient parameterization with GEZEconnects

With the GEZEconnects software and fast Bluetooth wireless transmission, automatic sliding, swinging, and revolving door systems from GEZE can be quickly and easily parameterized and maintained via a laptop or PC. Simple reading of fault messages offers potential savings in service and maintenance. Diagnostic functions display the most important parameters of the door system in real time. This allows malfunctions to be quickly eliminated. All door settings can be saved for documentation, transferred to other systems, and sent via email. Existing systems can also be easily configured for GEZEconnects compatibility.
