Due to the strong order situation in the industry, our clients have less and less time to participate in multi-day trade shows. The "Lounges on Tour" have received their own name and will present themselves in the future under Experience Expo. The first Experience Expo will take place on October 17 and 18 at The Squaire – a very modern, contemporary location with excellent accessibility – within Frankfurt Airport.
As a consequence of the very strong and successful lounges in Stuttgart this year, the path for the future of the event has been jointly determined with the advisory board and exhibitors.

The industry is betting on a strong event with the lounges at the beginning of the year and aims to go beyond that with the new concept of "Lounges on Tour" to where their customers are.

It has become clear that it is not important to know dates several years in advance, but rather to find the right places to be closer to the customers of the participating companies. The Experience Expo is intended to be flexible, so the exact scheduling and selection of the location will be determined in close cooperation with the advisory board and exhibitors and will be repositioned each year according to their wishes.

Exhibiting with minimal effort – therefore, the hall design has been optimized with new, versatile booking options and flexible booth arrangements.
Exhibitors give presentations on their topics at their booths and use the presentation time, which is already reserved, to attract visitors with an interesting, practical demonstration. Additionally, there are lecture areas distributed throughout the hall offering talks on the theme "Planning – Realizing – Operating".

The presentations and the submitted product descriptions will be listed on the website and promoted separately. This ensures year-round, cross-media access to the content well beyond the event itself.
