Testo Industrial Services expands management team for further growth

Testo Industrial Services (TIS), one of the leading full-service providers in the fields of measurement technology, quality management, and calibration in Europe, is expanding its management team: Arnt König is appointed as the second operational managing director and simultaneously takes on the role of Deputy Managing Director from Raimund Föhrenbacher. With this step, TIS strengthens its management structure and creates additional capacities for further international growth and increasing demands within the group.

Broad experience for key future tasks

Arnt König brings an exceptionally broad background of experience to his new role, which has connected him closely with the development of Testo Industrial Services for over twenty years. Since joining in 2003, he has actively supported and significantly shaped the company's key growth phases. His operational expertise ranges from sales-related key positions to long-standing leadership roles in the German organization, up to international responsibility as Managing Director of Testo Industrial Services Switzerland.

In this position, König has provided important impulses for the strategic development of the Swiss market and has advanced international cooperation within the group. His deep understanding of customer needs, markets, and internal processes makes him an ideal candidate for the operational leadership of the group's largest TIS market.

In his new role, König will not only assume operational responsibility for Germany but also central customer-oriented topics such as Sales & Marketing International – a key to linking local excellence with global strategy.

Strengthening of international orientation

With the expansion of the management team, Testo Industrial Services is focusing even more strongly on the group's international development. TIS has grown dynamically in recent years and now works much more closely with the national subsidiaries and the parent company Testo in Titisee. This environment necessitates a clear division of roles to manage the increasing demands of internationalization, scalability, and synergies in a structured and future-oriented manner.

Raimund Föhrenbacher will increasingly focus on the strategic management of the entire TIS group – particularly on implementing the Group Strategy 2030 and establishing stronger international collaboration. The goal is to further increase the global performance of the organization while specifically strengthening operational focus in the German market.
