Teradyne Inc. appoints new President of Universal Robots

Jürgen von Hollen is immediately the new President of Universal Robots A/S (UR). This was announced on Monday by the world market leader in collaborative robots. The company is part of Teradyne Inc. With this appointment, von Hollen succeeds Enrico Krøg Iversen, who stepped down from this position in June 2016 voluntarily to pursue other tasks.

Before moving to Universal Robots, Jürgen von Hollen most recently served as Executive President of the Engineering Solutions Division and also oversaw the Automation and Control Systems business area of Bilfinger SE, a leading industrial service provider specializing in engineering and maintenance services based in Mannheim. At Bilfinger, he was responsible for a global workforce of nearly 10,000 employees and an annual turnover of more than one billion euros.

Von Hollen began his career at Daimler-Benz Aerospace and later held senior positions at Daimler-Chrysler Services, Deutsche Telekom, and Pentair.

Hollen's position is based at Universal Robots' headquarters in Odense, Denmark, from where he will carry out his duties in the future.
