For the secure connection of pipes, clamping pipe connectors are an inexpensive and extremely flexible alternative to elaborate custom or welded constructions. For heavy loads and impact-resistant areas, RK Rose+Krieger developed the Robust Clamps. These high-strength stainless steel pipe connectors are exceptionally resistant to temperature and corrosion and are specifically designed for dynamic loads.

Clamping pipe connectors from RK Rose+Krieger are always the optimal solution when components need to be securely and permanently connected and still be easy to assemble and disassemble. In addition to lightweight plastic and solid aluminum pipe connectors, the Minden-based manufacturer offers stainless steel pipe connectors, Robust Clamps, for heavy loads and impact-resistant areas.

High-strength stainless steel pipe connectors

The temperature- and corrosion-resistant Robust Clamps are particularly stiff and remain highly durable even under dynamic loads. They are made more resistant and easier to clean than untreated stainless steel components through electrochemical passivation – the pipe connectors are electropolished in a final processing step. These stable and reliable pipe connectors are, among other things, ideal for demanding, corrosion-resistant constructions, such as those found outdoors, as well as in apparatus and plant engineering in the chemical industry. Due to their special design with smooth contour transitions, low surface roughness, large slots, and blind hole executions, they prevent dirt accumulation and are thus also suitable for applications near food processing.

High clamping forces for heavy loads

The high clamping forces of the Robust Clamps pipe connectors ensure a reliable, load-bearing connection even under dynamic loads. Tightening or loosening the external hexagon screws is conveniently done with standard tools. Currently, the series types flange (FK), angle (W), foot (FS), and cross clamp pieces (K) are available in sizes from 12 to 40 mm.
