Vinyl floors combine beautiful design and high durability; they are robust and suitable for heavily frequented areas. With the new vinyl collection, DLW Flooring emphasizes technical and visual diversity, high-performance surfaces, and a sophisticated Mix & Match modular system that displays different special coverings in the same colors.

With the new surface treatment PUR+, DLW Flooring has further improved the scratch resistance of the vinyl coverings, as well as their chemical resistance. Even caustic solutions and acids in higher concentrations cannot harm the coverings. This is particularly important in production, research, and testing areas. The PUR+ coating also minimizes emission values, another plus for indoor air quality.

Conductive – Protection for sensitive devices and electronics

In many industrial sectors, such as semiconductor manufacturing, sensitive electronic devices are used or produced that react to electrostatic discharges. In such cases, floors with dissipative properties are required, as produced by DLW under the term “Conductive.” The carbon-infused floor coverings of the structures Pastell, Contour, and Royal have a permanent dissipative resistance of ≤106Ω. Conductive DLW vinyl is also suitable in explosion hazard areas, for example, when processing flammable liquids.

If workplaces in so-called ESD areas have contact risk with live components, additional requirements for personnel protection apply. In this case, the floor covering must not only be dissipative but also insulating. Both properties are combined in the DLW vinyl floor Royal ESD.

Forklift suitability

For areas with forklift traffic and daily high stress, DLW Flooring manufactures vinyl coverings of class 34 “Commercial area with intensive use” and even class 43 “Industrial area with and without vehicle traffic.” These can easily withstand daily production and warehouse traffic.

Sanitized® – Certified hygiene

For optimal hygiene properties, DLW Flooring has equipped an elastic floor covering with the Sanitized® hygiene function for the first time: Favorite PUR with Sanitized® features a unique antimicrobial effect, tested and confirmed by the Sanitized® competence center for microbiology, application technology, and analytics. It demonstrably inhibits the growth of bacteria and germs, reliably protects between cleaning cycles, and contributes to long-lasting cleanliness. Ideal for food production or areas with high hygienic requirements.

Thus, DLW vinyl coverings always offer the right product: hygienic, robust, forklift-compatible, dissipative, slip-resistant, chemical-resistant, or sound-absorbing. Many of these special coverings are included in the Mix & Match modular system, which displays all variants across the same color tones – for cohesive design concepts, even across very different application areas.

A huge advantage, especially for large projects or step-by-step renovations: DLW Flooring provides a durability guarantee until 2030 for the most popular colors and textures. This allows individual rooms to be retrofitted or the covering renewed later without breaking the color concept. The popular textures Favorite, Medintone, Solid, Contour, and the new Opalon are phthalate-free. All DLW vinyl coverings produced in southern Germany are manufactured according to the latest production standards, certified to DIN ISO, and stand for quality “Made in Germany”.
