– Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG takes over Waiblingen property
Syntegon, a strategic partner of the pharmaceutical and food industries, continues its successful development and is preparing for the next phase of its growth course. With the sale of its current site in Waiblingen to Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG and the planned relocation of its production and administrative activities to Fellbach and Bad Cannstatt (Stuttgart) this year, Syntegon is creating the ideal conditions for further growth.
Modern pharmaceutical location in Fellbach
The activities of the Pharmaceutical Solid business unit based in Waiblingen will move in the second half of 2025 to a dedicated pharmaceutical site in the neighboring Fellbach. A modern manufacturing center will be established there, significantly increasing production capacities and thus enabling further growth. The site will feature an optimized production and office concept tailored to the needs of the growing pharmaceutical industry.
Business Excellence Center in Bad Cannstatt
Syntegon will relocate its central administrative functions of the group as a Business Excellence Center in the third quarter of 2025 to the Stuttgart district of Bad Cannstatt. From there, under modern working conditions, they will optimally support the worldwide expansion of the Syntegon Group. The sustainably developed office building is located a short distance from Stuttgart Main Station and the airport.
Waiblingen property in good hands
Syntegon is selling its current site on Stuttgart Street in Waiblingen to Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG. Both parties signed a purchase agreement on March 31. "We are pleased that our long-standing property is passing into good hands," says Torsten Türling, CEO of the Syntegon Group.
Future-oriented strategy
The spatial changes mark an important step in the implementation of Syntegon's growth strategy. "With the new locations in Fellbach and Bad Cannstatt, we are creating the ideal conditions for further growth and can better fulfill our claim as a strategic technology partner of the global pharmaceutical industry," says Torsten Türling.
