Syntegon expands capacities in Crailsheim: Groundbreaking ceremony for new office building
– 2,100 square meters with rooftop terrace, coffee kitchens, and focus rooms
– SYNSPACES concept for modern work environments
– Move-in planned for the first half of 2025
Syntegon continues to invest in the Crailsheim location. On April 20th, the groundbreaking ceremony took place in the presence of Mayor Dr. Christoph Grimmer and site manager Stephan März for a new office building. This is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first half of 2025. Four floors will house approximately 100 workplaces and additional communal spaces across a total of 2,100 square meters. "Our production in Crailsheim is running at full speed. At the same time, we are expanding our spatial capacities and implementing SYNSPACES, the new concept for modern work environments," says Stephan März.
SYNSPACES: a new concept for modern work environments
The new office building is one of the first designed entirely according to the SYNSPACES concept. The Syntegon-wide initiative focuses on the future of collaboration. "The goal of the concept is to shape our work environments so that all employees can realize their full potential," explains Ulrike Bosch, project-leading architect at Syntegon. This includes a large rooftop terrace and several coffee kitchens, which can be used as cross-departmental meeting points.
Focus and meeting rooms offer plenty of space for collaborative work in a pleasant atmosphere. The new building aims to generate maximum synergy between different departments and teams. "Syntegon is an attractive employer – worldwide and in our region," says März. "We want to continue growing and are investing in the future of the Crailsheim site." Construction work will begin this spring under the leadership of the construction company Hans Fuchs from Ellwangen.
