Switchgear and platform for the cleanroom industry
The new company Sistema-MK offers a high-quality product range and customized solutions
Since December 1, 2012, the company has been up and running. Managing Director Patrick Siegel has been pushing forward. Even now, his company SISTEMA-MK presents itself as a competent partner for companies in the cleanroom, pharmaceutical, life science, and semiconductor industries. Its strengths: a high-quality offering and a strong international network.
SISTEMA-MK is a young company led by a young managing director who, however, has already been active for more than seven years in a leadership position in product development, manufacturing, and sales at a well-known company in the industry. Patrick Siegel's experience and skills, along with his good, long-standing relationships with other companies in the industry—not only in the German-speaking and European regions but also in the US and Russian markets—motivated him to implement his own ideas and found SISTEMA-MK. He acts not only as a link between suppliers and customers but also as a networker and creative mind who embraces new ideas and pursues and implements innovative concepts. He can draw on a large network of professionals such as engineers, traders, suppliers, and customers. His clients include, for example, the Swiss biotechnology and pharmaceutical company Novartis and the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN.
SISTEMA-MK, based in Ostfildern, considers itself a joint marketing platform of now seven German, Swiss, and Russian companies, specializing in ready-to-use and custom solutions. It is divided into two areas: SISTEMA-Mechanics offers customers CAD/CAM-based individual solutions, meaning the SISTEMA team develops and implements products from prototypes to small series and full production runs, from the development of electronic controls and their programming to system installation, customer training, and support.
The second area, SISTEMA Products, stands for a high-quality product range, including a possibly unique high-quality, durable tool made of stainless steel (SST) that meets the extreme conditions in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and withstands regular sterilizations in steam autoclaves flawlessly, ultrasonic or liquid nitrogen-based sterile mist generators (AFM) for visualizing airflow in cleanrooms, microbiological air microbial samplers (RAC), surface particle scanners (SSP), optical particle counters (TSI, Lighthouse), and dilution systems/aerosol generators (Topas).
The product range is continuously expanding. Quality, flexibility, precision, and reliability are top priorities for the SISTEMA team. "We realize what the customer needs," says Managing Director Siegel. Custom requests are his specialty.
To properly introduce and position itself in the market, Siegel organized an information fair called the Sistema Days 2013 in mid-May. More than twenty partners, traders, suppliers, and customers were invited to the Mövenpick Hotel at Stuttgart Airport to inform, exchange ideas, and give presentations. About twelve lectures over two days, along with three joint lunches and a visit to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, were on the agenda. For guests and hosts alike, this was a successful start: "Our intention was to meet with our partners, communicate our own profile and goals, and also give our partners the chance to present themselves and exchange ideas," Siegel explains. "We succeeded with this unusual format."
