Lifting tables are used in many areas of industry to carry out maintenance or cleaning work, for example. Especially in sensitive areas such as cleanrooms, Ex-zones, or in the production of chemicals, food, or pharmaceuticals, strict regulations apply to their use. For these tasks, special lifting devices are necessary both for work processes and maintenance work on machines, systems, and buildings. EAP Lachnit manufactures lifting tables made of stainless steel to meet these requirements. With them, loads, but also people, can be lifted to working heights or even ceiling height.

Lifting devices must not only move heavy loads safely in everyday operations but also work reliably. The requirements are even higher when work takes place in cleanrooms or pharmaceutical environments, where strict legal regulations apply. EAP Lachnit specializes in these requirements with its conveyor and lifting equipment. The lifting tables from the southern German manufacturer precisely transport people and loads to the correct height. The robust lifting table type 351, with a triple scissors and an all-around bellows, lifts loads up to 150 kg and is fully made of stainless steel (VA) with polished surfaces for use in sensitive areas. It is mobile on electrically conductive wheels and very easy to maneuver with two steering and two caster wheels (steering wheels rotatable with stopper). Alternatively, it is also available with four rotatable wheels.

The lifting table is electrically operated and does not use oil hydraulics. The lifting height ranges from 400 to 2,000 mm. The platform measures 1,000 x 1,200 mm and is equipped with an all-around railing and a door.

Safety features

The operation of the lifting table is very simple and intuitive: a hand switch allows for raising or lowering, and a "dead man's switch" as well as an emergency ladder are installed as safety features. A safety contact strip beneath the platform interrupts operation upon contact with people or objects. The design complies not only with the inspection of lifting tables according to BGG 945 but also with EU directives and hygiene regulations.

For work at the mentioned heights in cleanrooms and sensitive areas, there is no alternative to these practical mobile work tables: they provide a secure stance and enable risk-free work on machines, systems, and even under low hall ceilings. Items such as tools, cleaning utensils, or spare parts can also be transported, which would not fit on a ladder.
