In connection with the long-term orientation of the Wesco Group, the two business areas of filter technology and cleanroom technology are combined into a new subsidiary. Wesco Air Filters & Cleanroom AG will commence its operations as an independent company as of October 1, 2013.

Thanks to the optimization of resources, the concentration of the various teams within the two business areas, and the better utilization of synergies in market development, both customers and employees will benefit. Ownership structures, range of services, and contact persons within the company remain unchanged. The business locations of Wesco Air Filters & Cleanroom AG will continue to be in Wettingen and Lonay.
