Store sensitive components in a protected atmosphere
Nitrogen storage cabinets from Friedrich Sailer GmbH
In technical cleanrooms such as the semiconductor industry, companies face the challenge of securely storing sensitive and particularly valuable components and products over extended periods.
Friedrich Sailer GmbH offers its customers nitrogen storage cabinets made of stainless steel in various sizes.
The high-quality design with electropolished and brushed surfaces and a stable fully welded frame construction meets the highest quality standards, as do the laser-welded chamber housings for storing sensitive components under a nitrogen atmosphere (other media available upon request).
Each chamber is equipped with a pull-out drawer with telescopic slides (full extension) for complete accessibility. The extension rails are specially pre-cleaned to prevent contamination. The drawer insert is removable, and the chamber lid is foldable, ensuring easy access to the stored items.
Two heavy-duty compression locks and four hinges per chamber lid, along with a surrounding, cleanable, and replaceable seal, ensure the secure storage of sensitive components.
The rinsing cabinets are mobile, equipped with four caster wheels with brakes. Like the extension slides, the wheel housings are specially pre-cleaned to exclude residues.
The housing of the rinsing cabinet features serviceable covers and is fully prepared with media installation for connection to the customer's own nitrogen supply. Pressure reducers, manometers, and flow regulation for each chamber, as well as the stainless steel piping system between the media panel and the chamber housings, are integrated.
To meet the highest purity requirements, these storage and rinsing cabinets are assembled at Friedrich Sailer GmbH in a class ISO 5 cleanroom and are double-packaged in a cleanroom-compatible manner. This ensures immediate commissioning at the customer's site without delay.
