Standby-free DI fog generators for flow visualization in cleanrooms

To maintain the particle purity of cleanrooms, specific airflow patterns and stable overflows are often prescribed. Their detection is usually carried out during initial qualification / commissioning or during the annual requalification of a cleanroom.

Due to their low operating costs, contamination-free DI mist generators are ideally suited for this purpose. Using high-performance ultrasound elements, the devices generate a very dense, highly visible mist consisting of WfI or ultra-pure deionized water (aerosol approx. 0.5µm).

The generated aerosol has room temperature and is therefore very suitable for the unaltered visualization of airflow in cleanrooms, operating rooms, isolation stations, laboratories, and other hygienic areas.
