SPETEC® Cleanroom Cell now with surface-bonded wall system
Cleanroom modules from Spetec GmbH are now also available with surface-bonded wall systems. This reduces potential sources of dust generation. This guarantees easier cleaning and disinfection of the wall elements and can be installed on-site with shorter setup times.
Spetec cleanroom technology can be used in the manufacturing, packaging, or storage of dust-sensitive mechanical and electronic components, and anywhere a particle-free environment is required.
The cleanroom module consists of anodized aluminum profiles and can be set up in any laboratory, production room/hall, or office without the need for structural modifications. A complete cleanroom workstation can also be installed within the cleanroom module. Thanks to the profile technology, the size can be freely chosen between 3 m² and approximately 350 m².
The module itself is framed by a odorless strip curtain or side elements made of acrylic or composite glass or aluminum composite panels, creating a sealed unit. Additional options such as electric sliding doors, material or personnel lock systems, with mutual locking if needed, are possible.
The effective cleanroom area can be variably determined by combining individual laminar flow modules of different sizes. Thus, even production lines or conveyor belts can be integrated into the cleanroom module.
H14 filters are used for the SPETEC® cleanroom module. These have an efficiency of 99.995%. This means that the filter removes at least 99.995% of all particles with a particle size of 0.12 μm (according to MPPS). For a particle size of 0.3 μm, the efficiency is approximately 99.9995%. Due to this laminar airflow under the flow modules, there is no exchange with contaminated outside air.
Using a SPETEC® cleanroom module, the particle concentration decreases from approximately 15 million/m³ (size 0.12 μm, MPPS) to about 1,500 particles within the unit. This corresponds to cleanroom class DIN ISO 5 or class 100 according to US Fed. 209E.
Additionally, ISO classes 6 to 9 (DIN ISO 14644-1) and classes A to D according to GMP can be realized. Therefore, SPETEC® cleanroom modules can be project-specific designed and adapted to meet specific requirements.
