New company building by Spetec

The Spetec Company for Laboratory and Cleanroom Technology GmbH sees itself as prepared for further growth following the recent company relocation to Erding-West. Spetec was founded in 1987 in Erding and is a manufacturer of cleanroom technology, laboratory equipment, and laser protection.

The requirements for cleanliness or purity of environments have increased significantly, especially in the fields of industrial production, packaging, laboratories, and research. Particulate and germ-free conditions are often a must here.

Spetec GmbH provides customized solutions, ranging from mobile laminar flow boxes to complex turnkey cleanroom systems. It also offers maintenance and certification of cleanroom systems according to DIN ISO standards.

The newly emerging business area of laser protection builds on experience in cleanroom technology and offers options for customized laser protection devices according to customer specifications. Through this combination of in-house development, design, and manufacturing all under one roof, innovative and application-oriented products are created.

In the field of laboratory technology, Spetec manufactures customer-specific OEM pumps as well as peristaltic pumps in standalone versions. An extensive range of different hose types is also available for sale. Additionally, a wide selection of individual and multi-element standards is offered.

To accommodate continuous growth, Spetec GmbH decided on its own modern company building. The new location, covering nearly 9,000 sqm, provides optimal working conditions for approximately 65 employees on a production and office space of 2,500 sqm. An innovative space utilization concept within the company building, along with a new automated warehouse system, makes this possible. The move has also brought other forward-looking changes for Spetec. Workflows have been partly restructured, manufacturing areas expanded, two automated high-bay warehouses introduced, and modern logistics implemented. A long-planned goal to further expand development capacities can now be realized, as the market demands innovative products.
