Special attention is also given to the development of single-use mop systems for maximum safety and efficiency in cleaning and disinfection. Hydroflex offers single-use microfiber mop solutions—sterile or non-sterile—for this purpose.

A special feature is the pre-sterilized, sterile single-use mop PurMop® EF40-SV. Features such as high cleaning performance and ready-to-use packaging provide users with a high level of cleaning efficiency and application safety. The multi-layer construction enables not only a large surface area but also a contactless process, i.e., avoiding hand contact with the mop and mop holder.

The expanded PurWipe® program offers a comprehensive range of wiping cloth models. Specially developed microfiber cloth materials ensure high cleaning efficiency as well as consistently low particle emission.

Market-typical requirements such as high absorbency and internally set standards for reduced fiber release were central during development.

Results of these developments include, for example, a cleanroom-compatible packaging concept and a 100% inspection policy, whereby each cloth is inspected and possibly sorted before packaging.
