SONTARA® MicroPure products form a family of absorbent cleanroom wipe cloths. SONTARA® is a nonwoven made from cellulose/polyester. It is bonded using water jet reinforcement under extreme pressure. During this process, the water jet washes out the nonwoven. Since no binders or chemicals are used, the cloths are very well suited for use in cleanrooms.
High levels of purity are ensured by low extractable residues and a low ion content. The low particle release and good absorption capacity make the cloths ideal helpers in your cleanroom.
The MicroPure 100 type is suitable for cleanrooms ISO 5 - 6, while the MicroPure AP type is suitable for ISO 6 - 8. Both are available in sizes 224 x 224 mm and 305 x 305 mm. If desired, appropriate samples can be sent.
