The ESD-safe anti-slip sheet (RSF) from Kager's product portfolio has now become a standard piece of equipment in many workshops, laboratories, and assembly lines. It proves to be a helpful fixing aid for devices, components, fixtures, and tools. Recently, it has also been used as a slip-resistant intermediate layer for securing loads of individual items during transportation and in packaging technology.

The anti-slip sheet (RSF) from the trading and consulting company Kager has long been recognized as a slip-resistant, noise-dampening, and statically conductive work surface in the workshops of industry and craftsmanship. It consists of a thin soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and is used, for example, in assembly and testing technology or in precision engineering and laboratory technology as an ESD-compatible mat. Depending on the application, it also serves as a good supplement or replacement for cumbersome fixing and clamping fixtures. Thanks to the high coefficient of friction of the soft PVC, Kager's RSF prevents vibrating table devices from drifting away or cylindrical workpieces from rolling off. This contributes both to quality assurance and to the ergonomic design of many workplaces.

Intermediate layer for load securing

Another application area for Kager's anti-slip mat has now opened up in transportation logistics. With its permanently adhesive surface, it is also an easy-to-use and highly reliable intermediate layer for securing loads of individual items. Especially when stacking packages and parcels with valuable contents or transporting goods without secondary packaging, Kager's RSF can provide valuable service in terms of product protection.

Kager supplies its anti-slip sheet (RSF) in red, blue, and green, as well as in roll form with widths of 400 millimeters and lengths of up to ten meters. The mat always has a thickness of 1.0 millimeter and lays flat on any smooth surface when unrolled. It can be easily rinsed with water for cleaning. Additionally, it is chemically resistant and can be disinfected. It is also dishwasher-safe. When not in use, it can be rolled up compactly, and since the RSF is reusable over a long period, it is also a sustainable operational material.

Delivery of 2D-shaped parts

Beyond the aforementioned applications, Kager also uses the anti-slip sheet (RSF) for the production of precisely fitting 2D cutouts made from colored polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Based on customer drawings submitted, the company delivers these parts quickly from a batch size of 1 and up to a width of 1,500 mm. They are manufactured on modern CNC machines, with the execution of curved cuts, drilling, and external contours performed with high precision according to customer specifications. This allows for the production of, for example, flexible flat parts for the individual design of industrial assembly surfaces and workbenches, precisely fitting and noise-dampening laboratory mats, product-specific intermediate layers or density elements, and much more.
