The southern German manufacturer EAP Lachnit offers a stainless steel mobile lift designed for these applications, meeting high requirements according to ATEX and other standards. Its performance, robust construction, and optional features make it suitable for countless tasks. It facilitates lifting, rotating, driving, tipping, dumping, and swiveling loads in many areas.

Floor conveyors and lifting technology are indispensable helpers in intralogistics. In cleanrooms and Ex-zones, only equipment that meets legal regulations and standards is permitted. The types of devices allowed are regulated, among others, by the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and the European standard DIN EN 1755. Additionally, floor conveyors must comply with all other necessary EC directives, such as the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC or the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC. For handling in sensitive areas, the southern German manufacturer EAP Lachnit offers the mobile lift type 402 H. This lift can raise loads of 150 or 300 kilograms up to a height of 1600 millimeters, depending on the version, with a construction height of 1980 millimeters.

The standard equipment includes manual lifting and lowering with a hand crank with a cable break safety device. For secure stability, the steering wheel is equipped with a locking device. Load handling is carried out, depending on the configuration, for example, with an adjustable fork. Depending on requirements, EAP Lachnit manufactures the mobile lift entirely from stainless steel (material: 1.4301 / V2A / AISI 304); it is available both as a cleanroom version and with Ex classification EX II 2 GD c. The surfaces are treated with a glass bead blasting process. This effectively protects against dirt, and the lift is very easy to clean. It is also corrosion-resistant, meets the protection class IP66, and can be used even in environments with aggressive substances.

Optional Equipment

Since the goods to be transported are very diverse, EAP Lachnit offers special versions, for example, for handling round containers. For this purpose, the lift is equipped with a clamping device as well as turning and rotating mechanisms. Lifting and lowering are performed with a hydraulic pump, and containers can be rotated by hand crank up to 180 degrees for emptying. Other attachments, such as for boxes, rollers, or pallets, are also possible. This makes the mobile lift universally applicable in the food, electrical, automotive industries, as well as in sensitive areas such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or retail, workshops, or large kitchens.
