Weiss Technik introduces SIMPATI Next Generation, a new software solution for environmental simulation. The new version supports laboratory managers, test engineers, and quality management personnel in the safe, reproducible, and collaborative implementation of testing processes. The Linux-based application will be available from July and meets current security and compliance requirements.

Making everyday laboratory work more efficient

The new SIMPATI consolidates key tasks of environmental simulation on a seamless platform. Programming, monitoring, control, and evaluation of tests can be carried out efficiently and without loss using the comprehensive solution.

Measurement and process data are available immediately after recording and can be processed directly. The database-based storage is achieved through flexible tagging. The new data management significantly reduces the effort required for documentation, evaluation, and traceability.

A newly developed editor enables graphical and tabular creation and customization of test procedures. These can be reused, compared, and transferred to different systems. This reduces manual effort and increases the consistency of testing processes.

Productivity increase through collaborative work

The new SIMPATI version enables continuous parallel work in the laboratory. The browser-based architecture allows multiple users, regardless of location, to access systems, programs, and data simultaneously. As a result, programming, analysis, and system monitoring can be performed in parallel. Collaboration between the laboratory, development, and quality assurance is simplified, and coordination efforts are reduced.

Future-proof and compliant

The software is aligned with the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act, which will be mandatory in the EU from 2027. This eliminates the need for companies subject to NIS-2 to undergo costly security reviews of purchased IT products and software components.

Regular updates ensure continuous IT security and constantly expand the platform's functionality, including future integration of AI assistance systems.
