The HelixMark product range offers a wide variety of hoses that are tailored to the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, and biotech sector, or can be customized accordingly. They are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and certification standards according to DIN EN ISO 13485, DIN EN ISO 14644, and DIN EN ISO 14971 (2013), as well as in compliance with GMP and FDA guidelines.

In addition to standard silicone hoses, the portfolio includes silicone hoses for peristaltic pumps, fabric-reinforced hoses, color stripe hoses, pharmaceutically specific hoses (PharmaFokus®), silicone clamp seals, and silicone stoppers.

● Manufactured and packaged in cleanrooms of class 8
● Planning, realization, and acceptance are carried out according to DIN ISO 14644
● Silicone hoses cut to 15 m or 7.5 m lengths
● Precision hanging according to customer requirements ("cut to length")
● Specific printing possible
● Available in various wall thicknesses
● Gamma sterilizable
● Clamp seals have excellent biocompatibility and contain no contaminants or leachable substances. They can be sterilized in autoclaves or using ethylene oxide and gamma sterilization.
● Silicone stoppers with complete raw material documentation. They contain no peroxide catalysts and are autoclaveable. Available in 14 standard sizes.
