Silicone-free cleaning roller

With the cleaning roller, loose, dry contaminants smaller than a micron can be easily removed from flat surfaces. It enables dry cleaning without the use of chemicals and without generating abrasion. The cleaning of the roller is done with the help of an adhesive pad. The roller is rolled over the adhesive pad, causing the particles collected by the roller to adhere to the pad. Afterwards, the roller is clean again, preventing cross-contamination. If the top layer of the adhesive pad becomes dirty, it is simply peeled off, revealing a clean layer underneath. The cleaning roller is particularly suitable for cleaning circuit boards, flat screens, medical packaging, light boxes, and LCD displays. It is also used in photo montage, glass production, surface mounting, and many other areas where particle contamination poses a problem.
