In confined installation spaces, the angled connections from Eisele, with their various designs, provide space for hose assembly in the application.

Eisele develops and manufactures all-metal connectors in countless designs, which are divided into several product families. The Eisele BASICLINE alone includes over 4,000 standardized connection components. Many items are available not only in straight versions but also as angled connectors.

The connectors of the BASICLINE have proven themselves millions of times for the supply of compressed air and vacuum applications, especially in welding processes and harsh industrial environments, and operate leak-free and fail-safe even under difficult environmental conditions. With a sealing ring, the push-in fittings for compressed air with a release sleeve are suitable for pressures from -0.95 to 16 bar. With two sealing rings, the fittings in the 14A program can even withstand up to 24 bar. For liquids, applications up to 100 bar are also feasible under certain conditions. Additionally, a wide range of special seals and hoses offer application-specific solutions tailored to individual needs.

Angled connectors in countless designs

Thanks to the variety of designs and technical details, the perfect solution can be found for almost all applications. Many components from the extensive Eisele portfolio are also available as angled connectors. Their diverse designs create space for hose assembly in tight installation environments. In addition to various thread types (M, G, NPT, and R), these are also available in different configurations for nearly all purposes. Many custom solutions have already been developed here as well.

In addition to straight and T-connectors, the BASICLINE program also offers a wide range of angled connectors, such as the angled screw-in fittings made of black anodized aluminum or bare brass. There are also swiveling versions at 90° or 45° angles in various lengths (optionally with an internal hexagon), as well as angled plugs, elbows, angled press fittings, and threaded and Schott connectors.

LIQUIDLINE angled fittings for cooling water supply

But not only the BASICLINE includes a variety of angled connectors. The successful LIQUIDLINE also offers angled components, whose design corresponds to the versions of the BASICLINE. This product line was specifically developed for cooling water supply as well as welding and shielding gases. LIQUIDLINE components can be made from corrosion-resistant brass, as well as partly from aluminum and stainless steel. Additionally, Eisele has added 45° and 90° pipe elbows with optimized flow to the range, made from brass or stainless steel. The elbow screw-in fittings demonstrate significantly better flow rates in comparison tests than conventional angled connectors, as there are no vortices in the fluid stream and the full passage is available for heat transfer. The LIQUIDLINE angled components are suitable, for example, as cooling water connections in welding processes, high-frequency induction heating, or for power electronics. When special corrosion resistance is required, stainless steel connectors from the INOXLINE are the optimal choice. They are characterized by particularly long service life and reduce maintenance intervals. Angled versions are available in the INOXLINE programs 17, 17A, 1600, and 3800.
