Servparc: BIM solutions and Smart Services as core topics

Piepenbrock is represented at the industry-leading trade fair Servparc 2019. The building service provider will inform visitors at booth A6.08 in Hall 1.2 about topics related to Facility Management and FM Consulting. Additionally, the company will provide a technical article on Building Information Modelling (BIM) from a service provider perspective and Smart Services. Servparc will take place on June 25 and 26 in Frankfurt am Main.

At the industry-leading trade fair, the experts from Piepenbrock will provide insights into a broad range of topics related to Facility Management as well as maintenance and industrial services. Topics related to energy management will also be addressed. Visitors to the fair can also learn about the consulting services offered by the service provider. "Our consulting aims to optimize the processes and cost expenditure of our clients. At the same time, we want to minimize risks and achieve quality improvements," explains Rene Adämmer, Head of National Consulting FM at Piepenbrock. As a result of the consulting services, customers receive a risk assessment to ensure compliance with operator responsibilities, quick wins for short-term implementation, suggestions for new products and tools, as well as decision templates to help develop a tailored operational concept through make-or-buy decisions.

Contribution on the topic of BIM and Smart Services

In a presentation, Rene Adämmer and Erdal Sancar will also inform industry visitors at Servparc about BIM from a service provider perspective and Smart Services. "BIM data collected during the construction phase of a building is an enormous help for us as a service provider," emphasizes Rene Adämmer. "We want to find innovative ways that ultimately allow a building technician to access all building-relevant data directly from the cloud. Even today, our solutions enable relevant information to be integrated into protocols and reports via a code," says the expert. The presentation by Erdal Sancar, who serves as the branch manager for systems and energy management at Piepenbrock, will focus on content related to sensors and the digitization of an existing building.
