Secure personnel management with the new Höcker furniture system

Wallenhorst specialist for the food industry presents new product

"With our new railing system, we are once again expanding the Höcker product portfolio for the meat and food industry as well as pharmaceuticals just in time for the IFFA," says Managing Director Benjamin Höcker. "The flexible railing solution was developed as a result of individual planning for various customers as a modular system with many specialized components." The precisely fitting components enable an exactly defined personnel guidance as well as the separation of different, sometimes sensitive areas. The system is used, among other things, in the area of hygiene doors and turnstile systems. When it comes to flexibility and the range of possible applications, there are hardly any limits to the imagination — for example, the railing has already been integrated as an element for universal dispensers — tailored and precisely fitting. The new Höcker product catalog will be available in series.

Customized customer requests, quick solutions

The first ideas for a flexible Höcker railing system arose during the planning of a hygiene door for a producer of baking and cooking ingredients. "The customer approached us with initial ideas and was immediately convinced of the quality of our hygiene doors and the Höcker range of services after the product presentation at our company site in Wallenhorst," explains Höcker. Subsequently, the Wallenhorst specialist began developing a door concept precisely tailored to the customer's existing floor plan. The central challenge: a large area in the production rooms was to be enclosed with railings — in some cases, even small sections and structures needed to be cornered. Additionally, multiple emergency exit doors had to be seamlessly integrated. Overall, these tasks could not be fully realized to the satisfaction of both parties with the railings Höcker had offered up to that point. Höcker's solution: development of a new system — modular and flexible in length.

Quick and cost-effective implementation, adaptable flexibility

The flexible railing system is adapted to the individual customer requirements and on-site conditions. It can be installed separately or integrated into a complete Höcker hygiene door concept as part of CAD planning. Its special flexibility is provided by the innovative modular system with a basic set of standardized elements such as end, intermediate, and corner posts, as well as different pipe segments between the posts. But custom special elements can also be easily, quickly, and cost-effectively realized at any time. This is guaranteed by the well-known Höcker service and the expanded machinery park at the Wallenhorst location. And even after the system is installed, individual adjustments can be made quickly and easily thanks to its modular design.

Höcker at IFFA, Hall 8.0, Stand F92

Alongside other Höcker innovations, the railing system will be celebrating its premiere at IFFA. The world’s leading trade fair for the meat industry gathers international players from trade, business, and industry from May 4 to 9 in Frankfurt am Main. Höcker will present, among other things, its state-of-the-art hook and part cleaning system, an innovative shelving system, and a new ergonomic transport trolley.
