Schreiner Group: New production site is being established

By establishing a second production site in Bavaria, the Schreiner Group secures its growth opportunities in the long term. The logos on the building in Dorfen will be installed soon.

The new screen printing system in Dorfen: To ensure a smooth production start, an established and proven manufacturing technology was invested in.

The opening of the new production site of Schreiner Group in Dorfen near Erding (Upper Bavaria) is becoming tangible: In early May, the first screen printing machine was delivered, assembled, and tested in operation. This marks the start of a successful production setup. With a second branch in the Munich metropolitan region and the creation of additional production capacities, Schreiner Group, an international high-tech company for innovative functional labels, is responding to continuous growth.

Roland Schreiner, managing partner of Schreiner Group, took over the existing production hall in Dorfen in 2017. Since then, the entire building infrastructure has been developed and adapted to the high standards of Schreiner Group. As Schreiner Group places great importance on environmental protection and sustainability, the nearly 5,000-square-meter production hall features an innovative air conditioning concept that promotes energy efficiency and positively impacts employee well-being. To maintain its high quality standards at the new location, Schreiner Group relies on its proven manufacturing technology and invested in an additional 11-color screen printing machine.

In the final expansion stage, a significant portion of the labels for the pharmaceutical industry will be processed at the new Dorfen production site – including further processing and final inspection, logistics and shipping, quality management, process development, and on-site production control.
