SANTOX Housing Systems GmbH becomes a new member of the WÖHR Group

The SANTOX housing systems GmbH in D-79843 Löffingen-Unadingen has been a 100% subsidiary of Richard Wöhr GmbH based in Höfen an der Enz since March 1, 2018, making it another member of the internationally active WÖHR group alongside KM Gehäusetech GmbH & CoKG and VariComp Inc.

As part of the succession plan for the Hauser family, the company was transferred to the managing partners Stefan and Jürgen Wöhr.

SANTOX was founded in 1984, and the company has its own development/design, production, sales, administration, and aims to be maintained in its entirety at the location in Unadingen in the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald region. The previous owners, Ursula and Peter Hauser, will remain active in SANTOX for some time to ensure a smooth transition.

Great opportunities and synergy effects for all companies within the entire WÖHR group are already evident in the startup phase through significantly more flexible possibilities in sales, purchasing, production, and personnel.
