Ruland Engineering & Consulting introduces new management team

We are very pleased that Bernhard and Jürgen will continue to support us with their extensive knowledge in plant engineering for new projects and consulting tasks."

New Management

Ruland Engineering & Consulting has appointed long-standing employees Jürgen Schütze and Jens Schumann to the management. Both will lead the company into the next phase of development together with Florian Klein.

Jürgen Schütze – Focus on Sales, Digitalization, and IMS

Jürgen Schütze began working at Ruland in 2007 during his studies for a Bachelor of Engineering. After numerous projects and leadership responsibilities in automation, he moved into sales and joined the management two years ago. As Managing Director, he now supports customers in developing process lines and planning plants for reliable liquid processing. Additionally, he is responsible for the areas of digitalization as well as quality, environmental, and occupational safety management.

Jens Schumann – Responsibility for Technical Implementation

After training as a dairy technologist and successfully completing his studies in Food Technology at TU Munich/Weihenstephan, Jens Schumann began his career at Ruland in 2011. The graduate engineer gained extensive experience in the planning and realization of complex systems in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries through international projects in special plant construction. He took on the management of process engineering departments early on. Since 2024, Jens Schumann has been part of the management team. In his current role as Managing Director, he is responsible for the entire process and electrical engineering project planning, construction, piping, and assembly.
