ROTI®Plate90

ROTI®Plate90 products are sterile, ready-to-use nutrient media plates for simple microbiological analysis. Due to the diameter of the plates being 90 mm, they are suitable for both direct streaking of the sample and for the examination of low-microbial liquids using the membrane filtration method. All plates are made from dehydrated media and are sterilized, packaged in sets of 10.

The continuously expanding ROTI®Plate90 product line includes, in addition to standard nutrient media such as CASO (1ATX) or PCA (1AX1) for the determination of total germs. A range of special nutrient media such as XLD (1NA9), MRS (1K26), or ESB (1NA6) are also available.

The ROTI®Plate90 TSA 4N (1K21) are very well suited for monitoring microbial contamination because the nutrient medium contains neutralizers that neutralize residues of disinfectants and preservatives, thus enabling bacterial growth. Additionally, these plates are packaged multiple times so they can be introduced into a cleanroom without contamination.
