From April 23 to 27, 2018, the world's leading industry trade fair will take place in Hanover. RK Rose+Krieger will also be participating again this year. The focus of the trade fair presentation in Hall 16, Stand E18, will be on the latest developments in the field of linear technology – including 100% corrosion-resistant single-tube axes and lift columns for cleanroom environments – as well as a new, particularly compact version of the RK monitor holder specifically designed for installation conditions with limited space.

E-II Stainless Steel – New Single-Tube Linear Axis in Sizes 30 and 40

The single-tube linear unit E-II is a versatile all-rounder for format adjustment. Just in time for the Hannover Messe, the stainless steel version of the popular axis in the common sizes 30 and 40 is now available. The E-II Stainless Steel is 100% corrosion-resistant and has an extended temperature range of -30 to +80 °C compared to standard units – with the possibility of further increases upon request. Since the new stainless steel axes also operate with FDA-compliant lubricants and are wash-down capable, they are particularly suitable for width, height, and length adjustments in packaging machines for the food industry.

Multilift II clean – ideally suited for use in cleanrooms

The successful product family of the elegant yet durable Multilift II lift columns is expanding once again. In addition to the standard version and a telescoping version (Multilift II telescope), recent additions include the Multilift II impact with integrated damping, the Multilift II ESD with electrically conductive profiles, and the Multilift II safety with integrated fall protection. Now, the Multilift II clean completes the portfolio, designed specifically for use in cleanrooms. A special coating of the brushless DC motor of the lift columns minimizes particle emission. To demonstrate its suitability for cleanroom applications, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation IPA conducted a particle emission test according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and certified the lift columns for use in cleanrooms up to the globally valid class 4.

RK Monitor Holder compact

RK Rose+Krieger now offers its proven RK monitor holder for control terminals, monitors, or other display devices in a short version called "compact." 50 mm shorter than the corresponding standard holder, the new mount is flexible and universally applicable wherever space is limited. The display devices are connected via a universal plate or VESA mount. Users can choose between VESA 50/75 (new) and VESA 75/100. Thanks to the ball joint at the device connection, the RK Monitor Holder compact offers many degrees of freedom. The variable mounting principle with half-shells and reducer inserts for round and square tubes allows for installation on profiles and tubes with edge lengths or diameters of 20, 25, or 30 mm.
